Formalisme et naturalisme dans le jusnaturalisme procédural de Lon Fuller

Abstract : Lon Fuller’s Morality of law remains a classic of american jurisprudence widely ignored by continental legal thought. Yet this book is a relevant reflexion on several meanings of formalism. The Lon Fuller’s notion of procedural natural law shows a dynamic conception of law based on the idea of moral purposeful enterprise. The morality of law is an aspiration toward the perfection in legality.
